A: As an official supplier to Nortel for many years, we were able to adopt very high quality standards for our industry, obtaining our ISO accreditation in the early 90s. Currently, we are certified ISO 9001:2008.

Q: What's a replacement phone?
A: A replacement phone is a remanufactured phone we send you that's identical to the phone giving you problems – except without the problems!
Q: How long does it take to get back my repaired phone?
A: That varies. We have three different parameters:
1) BASIC – You get back your repaired phone within 7 to 10 working days;
2) RAPID – As soon as we get your phone, we send you an identical remanufactured replacement;

Q: When I buy a phone from you, how long before I get it?
A: You'll receive it within 24 to 48 hours!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: All of the following payment methods are fine by us:
- In-store: Visa, MasterCard or debit cards.
- Distance: Visa or MasterCard.
Q: Is your transactional site secured?
A: Yes. We use the latest encrypting and transfer technology as well as the most sophisticated security procedures to protect your online transaction.
Maintenance plans
Q: What does Florence’s maintenance plan include?
A: With our maintenance plan, we replace any of your defective or broken telephones by an identical remanufactured one (monthly charges apply). The guarantee covers all the phones in your system.
