OUR UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE
As a result of our exhaustive and rigorous remanufacturing process, we have optimal confidence in the quality of our work.
All phones remanufactured by Florence are covered by our one year guarantee*. In the event of a technical defect*, we repair your phone free of charge for as long as you are the owner. If, for whatever reason, the phone cannot be repaired, we replace it with an equivalent remanufactured phone.
*Technical defects include any electronic component failure
RARE EXCEPTIONS
Certain phones contain serious design flaws; in such cases, we cannot unconditionally guarantee its remanufacturing. However, in such cases, you can still benefit from our work with a complete one-year guarantee, which allows you to replace your phone with a reliable remanufactured model.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse (including mishandling and immersion in a liquid), electrical surges (for example, due to lightning), and normal wear and tear of the phone’s components (casing, handset, wires and keypad).
